What makes some learning stick while other training gets forgotten by Friday? That question drives everything I do. I’m passionate about designing experiences that spark genuine curiosity, build lasting confidence, and create the kind of understanding that people actually use in their real work.

My Creative Process
I don’t start with tools or templates. I start with questions: What keeps learners awake at night? What would make them excited to learn this? How can we make the abstract tangible? From there, I blend instructional design, storytelling, and interactive technology. Using authoring tools like Articulate and iSpring, alongside design platforms such as Figma and automation/AI tools like n8n and Replit, I create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and future-ready.
